Senior Commercial ManagerSenior Commercial Manager | Dorset | Main Contractor This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to work for a respected tier 1 contractor who turn over around £2 billion per annum and employ over 8000 employees across the UK!The successful candidate will be responsible for a major project and a series of smaller projects in and around the South of Dorset, which all typically have a build value of over £30m. Initially, the successful Senior Commercial Manager will be overseeing a £100m health care and a £30m theatre project (Both NEC from of contract), whilst overseeing a team of 10+ surveyors.In a nutshell, the successful Senior Commercial Manager will be responsible for implementing and delivering the regional business strategy, ensuring that the department meets its targets. In addition, the successful candidate will oversee all contractual issues, manage staff in the commercial team, manage material and sub-contractor procurement and will be responsible for realising cost saving opportunities.
