As an Enterprise Presales Engineer your responsibilities will include:
The use of remote tools to demonstrate company solutions and to assist customers in troubleshooting problems;Architect solutions by working with the customer directly or jointly with the partner and customer;Providing technical training for partners and customers;Working through technical issues at an operating system level;Demonstrating company technology at industry events and tradeshows;Ability and willingness to travel as required - approx. 2-3 weeks out of a month and 2-3 days each of those weeks.
The successful Enterprise Presales Engineer will have the following skills and experience:
Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems;Experience in Terminal Services / Citrix / VMWare View environments;Thin client experience;MCSE or similar experience;LPIC or similar experience.
In return, the Enterprise Presales Engineer will receive a salary of £90,000 - £130,000 pa plus bonus.
