Cyber Security ArchitectMy client is looking to add a number of Cyber Security Architects to its exiting team to support the design and architecture of secure systems into sensitive government departments. The successful candidates will need to have a background in working on sensitive government projects as well as a good depth of knowledge in a variety of security technologies.
Responsibilities:Provides subject matter expertise (SME) in security products, architecture and interoperability in the overall solution.Provide a combination of technical skills with an understanding of business requirements and rigorous assurance processes.Collaborate with key decision makers including Programme Managers, IT directors and Partners.Manage the work of other SME's in order to contribute towards design and implementationThe ability to confidently and authoritatively speak to the customer about security accreditation, risk and assurance. Skills and Exposure:Broad background in Security with knowledge across one of more of the following;Secure Cloud Computing (Azure/AWS):SaaS, PaaS, IaaSAccess Controls ModelsPublic and Private Key EncryptionAuthentication TechniquesIntrusion Prevention and DetectionIDAM, SIEM/SOARDeep understanding of HMG and MoD Information Assurance policies and architectural patternsDefence sector exposure, including a good understanding of the constraints imposed by JSP440 and JSP604Desirable:CCP SIRA, CCP IA Auditor or CCP Architect would be considered a plus.Information Assurance/Risk Management exposure within HMG/MOD including writing, updating and reviewing RMADS, SyOPs and other security documentation (inc Security Targets, Security Impact Assessments)Due to the nature of the working environment SC clearance or be able to obtain SC is needed.
