DevOps Engineer (Automation AWS CI/CD Infrastructure). Start-up software house that is disrupting the business telephony market is skilled Automation Engineer / DevOps to automate and improve the Continuous Delivery infrastructure for their innovative Cloud-based systems.

As a DevOps Engineer you will work closely with both development and operations teams to deliver a global, multi-tenanted, real-time service. You will be a key player in creating a performant, secure, scalable solution with thousands of concurrent users on a continuously evolving platform.

You will be encouraged to contribute to the open source community and continuously improve your skillset with funded learning days, conference attendance, hack-a-thons, coding katas and lunch and learn sessions. Based in Basingstoke with a regular shuttle bus to a mainline train station and parking available, this is a friendly, collaborative environment that offers excellent career growth opportunities.

Requirements:

Strong AWS Cloud experience

Experience of Containerisation, Docker, Kubernetes, Chef, Puppet

Technologist with a broad range of technical abilities, such as Python, Ruby, Go JavaScript

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Likely to be degree educated in Computer Science or a closely related subject
