They are entering a new and exciting phase of growth and are looking for an enthusiastic Junior C# Developer to join the IT team. The Junior C# Developer role
Be the first point of contact for the IT ticketing system by reviewing, processing and assigning support ticketsRead and analyse application/ticket logs to identify issues and escalate as necessary and where possible solve basic database queries with MS SQL for minor support tickets.Ensure support tickets are processed as per SLAsCoordinate with the ticket owner to investigate issues if required and follow up as needed. Junior C# Developer Key Skills-
This will be an ideal role for an IT graduate or Junior developer looking to work with a busy web & systems development team.Experience in handling basic database queries with MS SQLHands on experience with handling a ticketing system,Basic knowledge of any coding language (preferably C# .net MVC), QA testing and agile methodology.
