The role:

Duties

  • The provision of core IT services to the Group functions
  • To provide the highest standard of service and communications to customers at all times so they are provided with the service they deserve, upholding our values of Service, Integrity, Collaboration, Commitment, Compassion and innovation.
  • To provide first and second line IT support across the full range of IT services and infrastructure
  • To provide IT desktop support for all office personnel, including hardware and software
  • To assist in the delivery of IT projects across the business and support the roll out of mobile technology to the workforce
  • To undertake such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

Position Structure

  • Report to the IT Support Manager
  • Office based environment.
  • Flexible working hours when required
  • Visits off-site as appropriate.

Knowledge/ Experience required

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008 onwards,
  • Microsoft SQL Server 2008 onwards,
  • Microsoft Windows 7 onwards,
  • Desktop Office Suite, including Access
  • Anroid OS
  • IOS
  • Use of a range of IT hardware, software and services
  • Working in a small team with a wide range of IT requirements
  • Involved in project delivery
