1st Line Support Engineer

Spring technology are happy to be working alongside a leading face paced, growing, legal firm based in Canterbury to help recruit a 1st line support engineer. We are ideally looking for someone who has around 1-2 years' IT support experience. The candidate must be a great communicator, polite, punctual, a diehard professional with a passion for IT.

In this role you will be providing 1st line support for all staff based in the client's head office in Canterbury and remotely to users in 3 satellite offices.

The successful candidate will have-

*Windows 7 to 10

*Office 2010 - 2016/365

*Active Directory (Password Resets, New Users)

*Office 365 Set up and administration

*Exposure to telephony would be advantageous, but not essential

*Driving and have access to own vehicle

*Previous experience at an MSP or Internal IT Support Backgrounds welcome
