MI / Business Analyst Team Manager
£50,000 - £55,000 + bonus + 33 days holiday + pension

You will be leading a team of experts, reporting to Director level with lots of opportunity to shape the team and make your own decisions.The company provide engineering maintenance services and employ over 2500 people in the UK, they are expanding rapidly due to providing industry leading service levels. The ambition is to become the number one in their industry, there is a culture of training and always looking to improve.This would suit someone with experience of leading a team around data analysis and / or business analysis, looking to join an ambitious company in an exciting period of growth! You will have industry leading tools at your disposal including Power BI, Cognos, MSAccess and Verisae.The Role:
- Lead the Management Information team to report across the whole business
- Use data to streamline operations, improve processes, minimise waste working with senior management / directors
- Managing data security
- Manage and deliver MI strategy, increase in automation is a key focusThe Person:
- Experienced in utilising data, reporting, analysing
- Business Analysis
- Team lead / management experience
- Experience in using IT tools ie: Cognos, PowerBI, Access, Verisae or others
