It's very important in this role to set clear objectives, strategy and attain goals to enable the business to keep to tight deadlines to the highest possible standard. You will be working closely with a number of key internal stakeholders in this role so strong and effective communication skills are highly valued for my client as you will need to motivate and lead staff and sometimes make difficult decisions on behalf of the team.
