The successful candidate will join a superb business, and a high performance team, providing expert design and consultancy solutions to a lucrative client base.Client DetailsMichael Page are proud to be working with one of the fastest-growing IT Managed Service Providers in the Midlands.The business are award winning market leaders, and boast partnerships with the world's leading vendors, including Microsoft, Cisco and VMware.Due to their continued growth, they are now recruiting for an experienced Junior IT Solutions Architect to join their high calibre and high achieving team.DescriptionAs the Junior IT Solution Architect, you will have a wide array of technical responsibilities, working closely with the expert sales team in the design and delivery of award-winning technical solutions for the customer.The technical scope will largely be Microsoft based, covering core technologies, such as Windows Server, Active Directory and Office365, in addition to VMware and Cisco solutions.The role will have office-based and client-site responsibilities, where you will visit customers to gather requirements, and put together expert solutions of varying complexity for the sales specialists to then deliver.You will have excellent progression opportunities, and the chance to really take ownership of your role, acting in a senior capacity, with the freedom to make your own mark on the business, and the solutions you help deliver with the team.ProfileAs the successful candidate for the Junior IT Solution Architect role, you will have the following:5+ years in a Senior Technical / IT Consultant role, ideally working for an MSP.Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of solutions, including the core Microsoft stack, such as Windows Server, Active Directory and Office365.Experience with firewalls, backups and anti-virus solutions, and the ability to put together bespoke solutions that are tailored towards a varied customer base.Outstanding communication skills, the confidence to be client-facing, and the ability to break down technical information to non technical colleagues and customers.A full UK driving license.Job Offer£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Premium Car (Audi/Mercedes/Jaguar).
