We have the pleasure of recruiting for a Desktop Support Engineer to work with one of the UK's leading and most recognised organisations. Day to day duties will include visiting various sites (vehicle is required) to conduct various activities including Desktop installation, configuration, support and troubleshooting services in the Windows environment. To provide basic desktop support, offering simple fixes and fixing known errors. To build, configure and deploy desktops and laptops.Previous knowledge on Windows 10/7, MS Office applications and other relevant software such as Skype for Business etc is required to carry out this position. Laptop & Desktops Data Transfer knowledge will also be a benefit.Key Skills & Experience

'€¢Desktop support experience'€¢working on upgrade projects (windows 7 to 10 etc)'€¢Active Directory administration including GPO'€¢Windows 7/Windows 10'€¢Office 2010/Office 2016'€¢SCCM'€¢Market data applications'€¢TCP/IP (DNS, DHCP etc)'€¢HP workstations, laptops, thin clients and printers'€¢New user setup, hardware installation, permissions, application testing'€¢Proactive monitoring of environment and PCs using various tools'€¢ITIL
