ERP Change Manager (FTC)

£47K- £52KAn ERP Change Manager is required for our public sector client for an 18 month fixed term contract.

Job Purpose:

The organisation is implementing a new ERP solution so an ERP Change Manager is required to manage the change work stream of the ERP / Duty Management System (DMS) Programme taking responsibility for managing change focusing extensively on the end user.

The successful post holder will be responsible for the successful delivery for service transition plan, including the documentation of any hybrid approaches / developments which are required. They will be ultimately accountable for the successful delivery of the following:

Communication plan, Benefits realisation plan, Training plan and the Business transition planKey Requirements:

The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experience:

A degree and at least 5 years' experience in an organisation wide change management role, in a large and complex organisation.

Knowledge and experience of implementing Oracle fusion, within large and complex organisations is also required.

Ability to engage and build strong relationship with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to work with stakeholders to resolve issues and remove barriers to change.

Ability and proven track record to lead, motivate and inspire a team of professionals to deliver organisation wide change in complex organisations.

Ability to work in partnerships with implementation partners and software providers to deliver an ERP solution, which is suitable for the organisation's needs
