The 'Software technical support Specialist' will provide technical resolution and will be responsible for meeting user requirements and ensuring maintenance across all UK offices.

Role Overview

The Application Support Specialist will interact with customers globally, as well as with various internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Management, to quickly and efficiently resolve customer level 3 software issues and complaints. The scope of this position requires extensive knowledge of the client's software products to ensure customer satisfaction.

Salary: £45,000- £55,000+Bens
