A Data Analyst is required for our Public Sector client based in Manchester on a 6 Month Fixed Term ContractKey Accountabilities:- Contributing to the design and implementation of a new pay and grading framework

Fulfilling the data and analysis requirements within the Reward function- Integral to Job evaluation, in managing the Job Evaluation panels and process- Supporting the annual cyclical processes (pay review, bonus, benefits renewals)- Responsible for benchmarking salary and bonus plans,- Supporting the Reward and Recognition advisor on informal recognition analyst and the wider recognition analyst- Running reward management reports, and providing insight and recommendations- Contributing to the development of reward strategy- Taking a proactive and collaborative approach to reward, by making recommendations and suggestions to improve process and practice as appropriate- Lead the data input and analysis of the annual colleague survey and Gender reporting- Support the Reward and Recognition Advisor and Head of Reward, to identify the most appropriate Reward metrics and reporting requirements tailored to the required audience / business unit- Working closely with the wider HR team and key stakeholders across the organisationSkills and Experience- Ideally experience of working in reward- An understanding of reward processes- Experience of job evaluation- Experience of inputting and managing market salary surveys- Experience of working on own projects, a self-starter with initiative- Excellent data analysis skills- Must have strong written, verbal communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.- Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint- Must have strong written, verbal communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines- Ability to flex personal style to adapt to audience- Excellent relationship building skillsQualificationsEssential- Statistical Qualification including Databases at least to a level 7 (Degree)- GCSE in Maths & EnglishDesirable- CIPD / Reward Qualification
