My client are a major organisation whose work is entirely based around analysing data submitted by clients through self-service portals connected to Dynamics CRM. They have also recently completed a massive Office 365 implementation, completely modernising their entire estate, going mostly cloud based (with some on-prem exceptions) with Dynamics 365 (D365) and Azure forming the core and foundations of this. Microsoft Dynamics is absolutely critical to everything they do and as such they have created the position of Dynamics Technical Lead to come in, take the reins from the consultancy who have carried out the O365 implementation and take full ownership of the platform, managing the team to carry this out. Your responsibilities:- Take ownership of the whole platform, this is your baby and you will be the Architect, Project Manager and Product Owner all rolled into one- Interact with and feed back to the board, providing updates and timelines, pushing back on demands as needed, communicating clearly and confidently, demonstrating credibility as you do so- Liaise with key stakeholders throughout the business and externally - winning hearts and minds as necessary in relation to processes etc - Keep the organisational roadmap in mind while designing the architecture of new features / forms / workflows / integrations with other systems- Decide on where appropriate to utilise customisations in C# and where not to- Lead a small team focussed entirely on the development and maintenance of Dynamics within the organisation Your skillset & experience:
