IT Support AnalystWindows 10 Desktop, MS Office and MS Office 365, experienced in Windows Desktop and Server support role, Windows Servers 2012 & 2016, Server and Network infrastructure upgrades and maintenance, Mobile & Remote Windows Devices, Laptops, iPads & Tablets, Remote Control applications & RDP, Networking technologies such as TCP/IP, Routers & Switches £24,000pa + BenefitsThis company are a leading-edge IT Solutions and Telecommunications Services company who provide A+ standard Technical Support and Technical Services to leading Companies across the UK and they are actively seeking to onboard a focused and experienced IT Support Analyst.If you are proactive, and not one of the "New Year, New Me, New Job" posse and willing to grasp an solid career opportunity prior to the Christmas Break and ultimately seeking a new challenge and step up into a leading-edge arena, then this role could be an early present yourself!!This is an exciting role, based in Stevenage office, which will offer you the chance to be integral in this clients IT Support Team, to grow, to increase your skills and enhance your technical portfolio.The purpose of your role will be: To support and maintain the Microsoft desktop environment required to operate the business.To support the field-based engineers using Mobile and Windows devicesTo provide all end users within the business with a high level of support to enable them to perform their daily activities.To assist the team (including undertaking travel to other locations) in certain specified projectsTo be involved in the life cycle of projectsWork in partnership with other departments as required ensuring correct exchange of knowledge.You will need a logical and systematic approach to problem resolution, the client ideally seeks to source a pro-active, professional, energetic and motivated candidate who brings with them the following skills and experience:Technical Experience / Skills:Experience working in a Windows 10 Desktop environmentMicrosoft Office and MS Office 365Previous experience working in a Windows Desktop and Server support roleExperience of a MS Windows Server 2012 & 2016 environmentServer and Network infrastructure upgrades and maintenance.Mobile & Remote Windows Devices, Laptops, iPads & TabletsExperience of providing support via remote control applications & RDP.Understanding of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, Routers & SwitchesManagement of Network Printers.Salesforce CRM exposureCommunications and/or Telecoms Industry knowledge.Automation using PowerShell and/or MSCCGeneral IT experience is necessary however, Training will be provided if the candidate can demonstrate transferrable knowledge and skills either from interest gained within previous roles.
