Full Stack Developer 

Join our Global IT Team as we expand our operations, and help us develop and manage over 200 applications.

Over the past few months we've set up new enterprise systems to cover all the applications we use. And in 2020 we're moving to a private cloud data centre where we'll work with cutting-edge technologies in Azure.

Reporting to the Enterprise Finance & Risk Systems team leader, you'll be supporting the firm's new core practice management system, Elite 3e.

 The Role

Our Enterprise Finance & Risk Systems Team is responsible for the firm's core global systems for Practice Management / Finance, Time Recording and Risk & Compliance.

Working collaboratively with the IT Transition Team to transition Elite 3e into the Global IT Team, you'll also be required to support the recruitment of additional 3e roles and lead the development of the Elite 3e technology stack across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

 Assessing and analysing release components, you'll contribute to the availability management process by providing input to scheduling, ensuring release processes and procedures are maintained.

You'll also ensure that services and components meet all agreed performance targets and service levels, implementing arrangements for disaster recovery and documents recovery procedures.

Develop, document and implement changes based on requests for change;

Draft and maintain procedures and documentation for applications support, and handle incidents and requests;

Investigate and coordinate the resolution of potential and actual service problems;

Maintain and update Knowledge Base articles and system documentation;

Monitor service component capacity and initiate actions to resolve any shortfalls, applying techniques to modify demand for a particular resource or service.

About You

We're looking for a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills who can pitch new ideas in a clear and concise way.

A motivated, self-starter with a friendly and approachable character, you're comfortable working alone or as part of a team, always with a strong focus on delivery.

You have a personal ‘edge' which delivers excellence.

Essential experience and technical skills

With a strong background in database design, analysis and development, you have extensive experience using Microsoft tools and programming languages as well as development experience using the .NET framework.

You can interpret design documentation, and have strong planning and execution skills.

C#, ASP.net and SQL;

DEVOPS toolchain with Agile;

Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL scripting and Server 2012;

Experience of XML related technologies, including XSLT and Xpath;

Web Service related technologies, including SOAP and REST.

Desired experience and technical skills

You'll ideally have experience of working with global stakeholders, and be familiar with:

SRSS and SISS;

Producing reports from Elite 3e or similar systems;

Supporting test lifecycle's for Practice Management Systems;

Elite 3e modules, processes and technology;

Integration with the IntApp technology stack, including IntApp Open and IntApp Integrate.
