We are passionate about training, technology and career development.The Role:Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to be responsible for the upgrade of 500+ of their customers to an improved managed service provision. These customers are globally spread and receive financial data and services from our client. The Senior Project Manager will plan which customers need to be moved onto the new digital service, and how and when this needs to be done. Achieving client cooperation is key to successResponsibilities:Full project lifecycle from initiation, through requirements capture, mobilisation, design and rolloutUnderstand high level business requirements and scope of project(s), working with the technical leads and others to develop and present solutions back to the businessFormalise solutions into plans and costs, communicating these back to the business for formal sign-offManage technical, business analyst and project resources across a range of platforms to ensure smooth delivery of projectsEffectively manage and motivate project team, ensuring maximum efficiency in the allocation of resources/skillsAlign with other project managers to understand their dependencies on Infrastructure delivery, managing expectations and prioritising work as appropriateLiaise with operational support teams to ensure they are aware of project objectives, scope, deliverables to allow a smooth transition from project implementation into production business as usual supportCreate project documentation and ensure this is kept up to date throughout the project, feeding into support operational teams for handoverMonthly reporting cycle using SmartsheetEssential Skills:Experienced project manager with a record of success in complex technical environments (Technology experience is a plus)Global management experiencePMO background/experience is an advantageExperience in analysing data sets and can assists with the budgetingPM framework qualification(s)- PMI, Prince2Strong C-1 level stakeholder management experienceInspirational leadership and motivational skills when in challenging situationsAbility to convert complex technical problems into words of one syllableIf you the above skills, please submit your CV in the first instance
