The Trade Floor Application Support Analyst in London will be working directly with dealers to review FIX Integration to build and maintain a stable electronic trading environment for all global dealings.Primary focus of this Front Office role will be monitoring and improving market connectivity between dealing systems, however ultimately this role will include pre, in-flight and post trade analysis. Client DetailsA leading Investment Management firm in London is seeking a Trade Floor Application Support Analyst.DescriptionThe Trade Floor Application Support Analyst requires a high degree of technical skills, plus coordinating with various stakeholders throughout our business including dealing and portfolio managers.Exceptional communication and business skills alongside a FIX On-boarding and Certification are a plus.

Work with Dealing Desk to strengthen and enhance dealing infrastructure First and second level support of issues raised by the Dealing Desk for OMS/EMS related issuesCommunication point between our global offices for all trading requirements, including but not limited to: Change implementation (Capital Tech and Group systems) Project facilitation Trend and root cause analysis of issues raise, seeking to fix and add value Workflow uplift projects (primarily with the trading team but also the wider Public Markets community) Integrate TCA and venue analysis for implementation across teams Analyse trade themes for distribution across senior stakeholders and for regulatory reporting Profile2-5 years working within the Investment Management Industry with exposure to a dealing environment Experience with Charles River and/or Aladdin along with its integration to middle and back office Relationship management with EMS providers, including the mechanics of FIX connectivity, OMS/EMS integration, venue analysis, Bloomberg execution systems including EMSX, TSOX, etc. Strong Excel skills Strong technical understanding of XML, SQL, HTML Experience in scripting languages, statistical analysis languages, and databasesFinancial services experience Job OfferAn exceptional opportunity for a Trade Floor Application Support Analyst in financial services based in London to work directly with the dealers and design and be involved in the future state of the trading operation.
