An ICT Principal Lead (Transformation Lead) is required for our client based in Hull for an initial 5 month contract (3 or 4 days per week, flexible). To manage the implementation of a new IT System which includes transition from existing on premise provision to cloud-based provision, the largest cloud migration project undertaken so far. To lead the ICT work streams working with the wider project team, the supplier, other service areas and stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation which delivers improvements to processes and the customer experience but also minimises disruption to business as usual. Working with the Project Manager, Project Officers and ICT BAU Teams, Customer Service and chosen supplier, to implement a System that aligns strategically with the client's Digital Enablement Suite and other ICT solutions as appropriate, in conjunction with ICT.This will involve direct management of two ICT officers/analyst and matrix managing a cross functional team of BAU Systems Team. Responsible for full project management including, discovery phase, design, implementation, user acceptance testing, training strategies and the transition of solutions to the ICT teams whilst ensuring statutory and system compliance and security.Manage the relationship with the internal and external suppliers to provide services to support the development and implementation of the Service ICT solutions.
