HELP DESK / 2ND LINE SUPPORT

URGENT REQUIREMENT

MUST HAVE ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE - DUE TO URGENCY OF THE ROLE THE CLIENT WILL NOT CONSIDER NONE CLEARED

£150 - £175 PAY PER DAY

BASED IN CHORLEY

Our client is looking for an SC cleared windows support / 2nd line support engineer to be based in Chorley on an initial 4 month contract looking for someone to start immediately, if the below looks of interest then please send your CV directly to me to be considered for the role.

Qualifications, Skills and Clearances

* A successful applicant should have the following:

Experience in Cloud technologies

Experience in Microsoft Office suite - especially Outlook.

Experience of Software Delivery (SCCM), Mobility, Citrix, SharePoint 2007, 2010 and SharePoint Online, Exchange Server 2007-2013, Office 365, printing, general desktop skills.

*Working knowledge of digital delivery processes and methodologies

*Ability to work with an Agile Team, being able to be self-driven and looking for continuous improvements to both the process and the systems. Applicants must be ambitious and talented with a strong passion for a career in IT, looking to move into or already working in a 2nd line role

*Confident in delivering technical representation and collaborating on Priority 1 issues, including conference calls and handling technical resolution

*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

*Excellent problem solving skills

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
