Duties
* Work with data migration team to lead on mapping and build and provide concise status reporting, risks and issue escalation;
* Assist data load planning and preparation;
* Managing data load execution, defect resolution, and status reporting;
* Guide business on their responsibility on validation and reconciling data and bringing into the data load plans;
* work with business to understand go-live criteria for data migration;
* Work with business to understand and define business processes to create strategy for go-live approach and strategy.
Skills
* Proven experience as an SAP Data Migration Lead;
* Proven experience managing and coordinating multiple data migration load plans;
* Technical migration knowledge in SAP FI, HR, Payroll;
* Proven experience working with the business on validation and reconciliation to define clear and agreed approach;
* Proven experience supporting, managing cutover planning with migration load planning, business cutover process and readiness;
* Ability to simply scenarios to enable concise simple status reporting.
