Job Title: User Experience Designer ( UX Designer )

Location: Liverpool

Contract: 3 months initially ( Inside of IR35 )

The client is looking for an experienced User Experience Designer / UX Designer to join them within their Liverpool based team.

Key Responsibilities:

*Collaborate with stakeholders and user researchers (UR) to agree key research activities.

*Ensure UX is customer led, validated with users and operations, and insight driven.

*Communicate and help prioritise customer needs and how these should shape customer experience across HSE using storyboards, journey maps and other tools.

*Develop wire-frames, prototypes, and test UX designs and improvements with users.

*Ensure a coherent, consistent and compelling experience for service users, across the end to end customer journey, and identify opportunities to interface with the rest of government.

*Manage usability, accessibility, and user testing for UX service designs.

*Work with business improvement, customer insight, technology, and operations teams to ensure new services are embedded with an iterative continual improvement approach.

*Act as an ambassador for UX. Develop, translate and communicate UX principles, guidelines and best practice throughout HSE to build knowledge and optimise UX design delivery.

*Build resources for UX, creating and reusing design patterns and driving service consistency.
