This is a Senior Architectural technologist role for a Regional contractor based in the North West. Work as part of the design team, which includes our Architectural Design Manager and other qualified Architectural Technologists, you'll be providing designs for small-to-medium sized projects up to the value of £5m. Roles and ResponsibilitiesUsing a BIM approach and the latest technologies (including Autodesk Revit) across high profile projects.You'll be a confident communicator comfortable with taking the lead on projectsCommunicate well and share ideas with the teamBe self-motivated and dedicated with good organisational skillsBe proactive and ambitious to achieve the best for the team and yourselfLiaise with consultants, subcontractors and manufacturers to ensure project coordinationUndertake technical researchProduce construction package informationDeal directly with Construction teams to deliver projects to meet business objectivesDeal directly with Construction fabrication and site teams to produce details / solutions to resolve issues on live projectsKey RequirementsMinimum 5 years working in industry post-University degree or equivalentExperience using Autodesk Revit and AutoCADProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)Experience leading projects as a Senior Architectural TechnologistCapable of reading and accurately interpreting drawings and technical specificationsExperience reviewing and commenting on subcontractors' drawingsUnderstanding of the importance of sequencing and best practice construction methodsThorough understanding of construction detailing with a portfolio demonstrating strong technical abilityExperience delivering projects in Autodesk RevitQualificationsMinimum HNC / HND / BSC Full Honours or equivalent
