The Role
We are now looking for an experienced Applications Analyst to work principally with our Planning, Building Control and Environmental Health and Licensing Departments.

As part of our programme to transform our services, we need someone to work within our frontline teams to lead the ongoing work to make the most of our IDOX software. Help us to realise the potential of the software we have and to make both the team's and the customers' experiences a whole lot better!
As the Applications Analyst, you will identify improvements, plan and deliver projects along with providing day-to-day system support. In addition to the Uniform system, we also use other IDOX applications such as IDMT, DMS, Gazetteer, Public/Consultee Access, TLC and Enterprise. The post will also support other third party software applications and enable the collation of information and statutory reports.
