Are you a Process Engineer looking to drive continuous improvement for a market leading company making state of the art equipment who offer a great working environment to build a long term career?

This is an excellent opportunity to manage the day to day running of the company's process engineering as you see fit, utilising the latest lean manufacturing techniques for continuous improvement and supporting the Production team with process inovation development.

You will be impacting the future of the company by implementing changes and developing the company's production process.

This industry leading company invest heavily in their staff to provide technical development and their products are used across military and defence sectors.

This role would suit a Process Engineer from a manufacturing background who is familiar with continuous improvement techniques.

The Role:

*Lead and participate in CI projects with project team members

*Identify and implement process improvements in manufacturing

*Utilise CI techniques e.g. Rapid Improvement Events, Single Minute Exchange of Die, 8D, 5Y

*Monday to Friday role, days-based (No weekend work)

The Person:

*You will be a Process Engineer

*You will ideally have knowledge of continuous improvement techniques
