The Role - Full Stack Javascript Developer:

Do you want to build integrated, scalable experience designs across current and future technologies? We're looking for a highly competent and passionate Full Stack JavaScript developer to join our technical team.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working autonomously, as well as contributing and communicating well with a small team of skilled front-end developers and a variety of external partners, leading sprints and enforcing standards.

You'll be expected to utilise bleeding-edge technology, and with robust techniques, you'll build a variety of tools to aid and enhance user experience and data collection, including design systems, progressive apps, voice, chat bots integrations.

About You:

Working quickly and collaboratively comes naturally to you and you love working to solve new and complex problems that may take months to completely understand.

Teamwork and creativity are key here, so you'll be a great team-worker and willing to get stuck in. You're an innovative problem-solver who takes pride in producing logical, simple and effective solutions to what are often very complex issues.

You're a confident communicator and want to actively help lead the technical agenda within the projects you work on.

Essential requirements:

*Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS & vanilla JavaScript

*Templating systems

*Node

*JavaScript frontend framework/library (ie React)

*Knowledge of REST/GraphQL

*Gulp, Webpack

*Appreciation for web application security techniques

*Experience of working in agile and waterfall development environments

*Time management

Personal Experience

*5+ years' experience working in a Frontend/Full Stack JavaScript role.

*Demonstrable experience of working autonomously on sprints/projects.

*An understanding of UX and how to identify and solve basic problems relating to user experience.

*A performance driven approach to development, underpinned with strong debugging skills.

*Competence in excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

*Able to generate proposals and be comfortable in delivering pitches to new and existing clients to grow their budget, media spend and accounts.

*Outstanding people skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

*History of confidently managing teams of varied levels and skillsets * History of commercially managing teams (i.e. gets the figures)

*Specific client industry experience or a nice wide range?

*Active engagement with the development community
