Management Accountant - Nottingham - 6-month contractOur client in the utilities industry requires a Management Accountant to join their team in Nottingham on a 6-month contract.

As part of your role, you will deliver timely and accurate month end reporting. You will also support the Operations Finance team by providing clarity and insight on business performance and help shape operational strategies.

Key Skills:

In order to succeed in this role, you should ideally have:Month end accountingExcellent MS Excel skills with an ability to plan, prioritise and work to strict timescalesAn ability to interpret data and present it clearly and logicallyHigh level numerical and analytical skills.

Desirable skills:Hands-on experience of working with SAP or a similar finance systemAn ability to understand the client's business, key performance and market drivers within the downstream business area.ACCA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent

Due to the travel required for this role, it is advisable for candidates to hold a full UK driving licence and be willing and able to travel.
