Java Developer (Financial Services Giant!)

Salary - up to £60k + Bonus + Benefits

Java Developer (Java8+, Spring, BDD) - an experienced Java Developer is required to join a global financial technology company that operate in more than 200 countries! They are huge players in the financial commerce industry and require a Java Developer to develop and build on high-performance payments services utilising Java, Spring and Hibernate. The Java Developer will gain exposure to frontend services using Angular and relational databases using Oracle SQL.

We are offering the Java Developer:

  • Workings within an agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, Nexus)
  • The chance to work on systems processing over 1,000 items per second
  • Complete ownership of work including being responsible for committing unit tested code

You, as the Java Developer, will be one of the key developers in the team making sure the implementations of multi-million national payment solutions are in line with their enterprise architecture and agreed design. The Java Developer will gain exposure to a heavily tested environment utilising pair programming and BDD.
