Service Desk Analyst- INSIDE IR35Our client based in East London are looking for an experienced SDA, happy at a FLF & FCF desk. The successful applicant must have Active Directory, Office 365 Admin experience. They will be replacing one of the most technical members of our clients Service Desk team who is going on secondment for 3 months. You will be very comfortable and have a professional phone manner.

They are incredibly busy, they must be able to cope with multiple channels; Phone, Walk ins, Live chat, email. Please send me your CV for immediate consideration.
