Senior Solutions Architect / Solutions Lead needed for leading Public Services company.Working alongside the Technical Delivery Manager, the Senior Solutions Leads will be expected to be a part of the bids and propositions process for client-facing projects and act as a conduit for conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Whilst unlikely to be directly involved with a project, the Senior Solutions Lead will be expected to have an oversight of all HLD's and still work closely with the Technical Delivery Managers throughout the project lifecycle. A high level of overall IT technical knowledge will be expected and good experience within Contact Centres as this position will be situated within the Citizen Services area of the business. Good knowledge of Architectural frameworks such as TOGOAF and Zachman are essential and the candidate must be willing to undergo BPSS clearance.The position is Home Based with UK travel with the North West preferred as a location.
