Cyber Security Practice LeadMy client is looking to add a Cyber Security Practice Lead to manage the end to end delivery of Security services to end clients. The successful candidates will need to have strong people management skills and understand what goes into the running of a security practice.
Responsibilities:You will be responsible for the Cyber Security Practice that provides the end-to-end security service including Security Management, Security Design and Architecture and Security Operations to external clients.Use your deep understanding of your team and its capability to ensure team members are fully utilized.Work with the Security CTO and the Head of Security to plan and implement the Security Strategy.Work across team and practice boundaries to both leverage and manage talent whilst simultaneously ensuring you work within the budget set for your team. Skills and Exposure:Knowledge of the Security discipline, ideally gained as a practitionerProven track record in leading and developing people and their careersCost Centre management including profit and lossResource management including all aspects of recruitment and performance managementWell-developed communication and negotiation skillsCustomer and business focusedDesirable:Defence sector exposure, including a good understanding of the constraints imposed by JSP440 and JSP604HMG and MoD Information Assurance policies and architectural patternsDue to the nature of the working environment SC clearance and be able to obtain DV is needed.
