PMO Assistant

£35000 - £50000 per annum
I am currently recruiting for the position of PMO Assistant for a permanent opportunity. The purpose of the role is to support the administration, project management and delivery of business change priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with continuous development, implementation and maintenance of project management standards
* Stakeholder management
* Support development and delivery of change and project related MI
* Ensure all project-related documents and data are updated and maintaned in the change SharePoint site
* Take administration lead and assist project managers with delivery of assigned projects, ranging from document development and project governance oversight to admin support
* Ensure projects are planned, communicated and progress throughout the project life cycle
Required competences:
* Excellent communicator at all levels
* Organised approach to planning and completing assigned activities
* Ability to manage and prioritise conflicting project timescales
* Able to ensure that appropriate knowledge and competence is attained and maintained.
* Abe to maintain relations with third-parties
* Understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, dependencies and resourcing
* Maintain and promote productive relationships with syndicate and office staff to help facilitate PMO activities
Required knowledge and skills:
* Lloyds OR London Market Insurance knowledge and experience
* Excellent time management
* Ability to identify opportunities for improvement
* Ability to apply skills across multiple business disciplines
