IoT Specialist (m/f/d) Embedded Software Solution

My client is one of the world-leading R&D and production companies in the field of refrigerators/freezing. Consumers and the food industry swear on their products to be reliable, and innovative. For a new business unit, my client would like to bring an IoT Hardware Specialist on board, for developing future solutions in IoT.

IoT Hardware Developer (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the design of an embedded hardware platform - from the selection of components, implementation, to ensuring the software executability and building a complete controller platform for current and future products.

YOUR TASKS

You take responsibility for the design of an embedded hardware platform

Integrate the latest technologies (IoT, M2m, etc.) into the product solution and constantly coordinate with the software designers

Interact with external suppliers

Programming of drivers and hardware-intensive programs as well as the verification and validation of the hardware and software interaction

YOUR PROFILE

Academical education (University degree)

You have hardware and firmware development expertise, embedded C language knowledge

You are an expert in object-oriented languages ??such as C # and C ++

Knowledge of embedded operating systems, various processor platforms for IoT applications and fast serial networks (e.g. fieldbus system, IP-based communication protocols)

Experience in the architecture of fail-safe and reliable firmware systems

German speaking, English mandatory
