An excellent role on offer for a Production Supervisor looking to work for a global leading specialist manufacturing company, where you will receive specialist management qualifications, whilst progressing into a senior position.Have you got supervisory or managerial experience in a manufacturing environment? Do you want to progress your career into a senior management position?This award winning manufacturer operate in the FMCG industry where they supply food solutions to the retail and food service sectors. They are continually expanding their business and increasing their production output, by introducing brand new equipment and improving existing processes. They are now looking for a Production Supervisor who will be instrumental in the continued growth of the company. In this role you will supervise a team of production and process leaders to ensure operations are conducted in compliance with customer specifications, whilst meeting cost, quality and H&S standards. You will coach and develop staff to improve individual and section performance to ensure that staff are fully utilising their skills.This role would ideally suit a Production Supervisor with supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, where you will undergo specialist management qualifications whilst progressing into a senior position. Nights based (Sun-Thurs)

£40,000 - £46,000 + Training + Progression + Private Healthcare + Excellent Benefits
