The Role
You will be joining the WAN/LAN Operational Support Team, who manage and support the Ministry of Defence Network estate based in Stevenage.
The role will come with on the job training, and progression opportunities in the future. Daily duties will predominately be call reception, escalation and ticket fulfilment in accordance with agreed SLA's.
This is an ideal role candidate early in their technical career to get their foot in the door of an organisation and project that will give you a breadth of exposure and training of secure networks.
Essential Skills
Good attention to detail whilst working on a fast paced, busy desk.Basic awareness of networking.Basic awareness of networking hardware.
Strong work ethic and keen aptitude to learn.The Company
