The company specialise in the construction of residential, commercial and industrial builds and Civil projects around the north east and wider UK. They have recently taken on exciting new projects and are looking to bring on the right people to help take the company further in new directions. You'll be joining the business at the perfect time as they look to become big hitters in their Industry with the opportunity to progress and work with a variety of high end clients across the UK.In this role you will be tasked with running the workshop, leading a team of 20 and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within the time frame given. The role will have a mixture of hands on and supervisory work.

The ideal candidate will be someone with experience on a shop floor and with supervising. Candidates who have experience with Welding & fabricating are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

*Monday - Friday, 39 hour week

*Running the workshop

*Supervising a team of 20

*Experienced shop floor engineer (Fabrication/Welding)

*Experience supervising
