CONTRACTS MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION

Due to several recent contract awards and company growth, my client has an immediate requirement for an experienced CONTRACTS MANAGER

The Key Requirements:Main Contractor backgroundStable employment historyProven track recordCommercially minded team playerSelf-motivated and able to work unsociable hours when dictated by clients

Role:Managing multiple projects using subcontract labour with values ranging from £5m - £30mEnsuring the delivery of projects meet client's expectations of quality, service, cost and programme, working closely with the surveying teamResponsible for programme management, coordinating with internal departments, external suppliers and labour only sub-contractorsProvide support on site to subcontract labour ensuring full H&S compliance

Qualifications:SMSTS and CSCS card holderFirst aid at work
