ICT Project Manager (SC Cleared), Project Management, ICT, Delivery, Forecasting, Budgeting, Business Change, Public Sector, ICT Services, Planning, Risk Manager, Progress, Risk, Commercial Change, Third Party Suppliers, StakeholdersOur Central Government Client are look for an experienced ICT Project Manager (SC Cleared) Key accountabilities:Plan projects, monitor progress, risks & issues, take corrective action to keep the project on track and ensure delivery of projects within time, budget and quality expectations.Manage delivery and commercial change through a number of third party suppliers.On-boarding of project resources to ensure they are rapidly fully effective and adopt appropriate standards and approaches.Report at regular intervals to the Project Board on the progress of the project and the delivery of planned benefits.Forecast and manage budget for projects, ensuring appropriate financial controls are properly exercised.Produce and maintain business case for projects and other project documentation.Manage delivery of business change for projects.Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders. Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:Proven track record as the project manager of successfully delivering complex projects and programmes to time, quality and budget.Experience effectively managing delivery through third party suppliers within central government IT projects.Proven track record in project management roles of successfully delivering ICT change initiatives Deliverables:Project manage projects to improve ICT servicesWork closely with multiple suppliers to develop a deliverable holistic project plansRepresent the interests of the authority when working with stakeholdersProduce and maintain all project products (plan, logs, trackers etc)Actively track and manage project issues and risksOversee budgets and regularly report to the Programme Manager
