Job Title: IT Support Engineer (2 Roles Available)

Location: Hull

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week)

The Company is a leading regional IT Solutions Provider and Sage Accredited Business Partner based in Hull. They are looking for 2 IT Support Engineers to join their growing Technical Support team - providing advice, guidance and technical solutions to businesses. These include servers, desktop and network solutions as well as assisting with internal projects and systems.

Job Duties:

  • Remote 1st and 2nd line support
  • Onsite visits for troubleshooting and installations
  • Support hardware rollout projects, reporting to the Technical Team Coordinator
  • Provide day to day support of their client base and internal departments
  • Introduction of new solutions that will improve business efficiency and effectiveness
  • Will be required to travel to visit clients

As is the nature of IT support you may be required to be flexible at times as you may be asked to work outside normal office hours to meet the needs of customers.
