Full time: 36 hours per week, Permanent contract (flexible working will be considered)
Bromley Council is seeking to recruit a Performance Analyst (Adults Hub) in the Strategy, Performance and Engagement Division. In this role you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to improve outcomes for our residents.
You could be experienced in either Adults Social Care and Housing or Children's Social Care and Education performance data and KPIs; we are inviting applications from both specialists. We are committed to developing your skills and knowledge.
As a Performance Analyst you will be responsible for providing timely evidenced analysis, which will challenge and inform the department's improvement program.
We would like to hear from you if you are passionate about improving services for vulnerable residents and working effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
You will work in close collaboration with the Performance Team Manager and Directors with their management teams, engaging and consulting with other key stakeholders across the Council and external partners, as required. You will ensure performance metrics are established, routinely monitored and used to drive service delivery and outcome improvements.
