You will be working, within the Digital Workplace Team, to provide end user 2nd level support to both these early adopters and, post rollout, to the remaining 4000+ users; ensuring high quality services are delivered to our business colleagues. The Digital Workplace Team are in the process of improving their O365 support capabilities and you would play a key role in helping the team upskill.

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer experience

  • Provide tier 2 support and troubleshooting

  • Work with internal customers to support and resolve technical issues through to completion

  • Support installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365 on various platforms

  • Accurately document all work performed through ticketing system including details and outcomes

  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all assigned issues

  • Escalate product bugs or unresolvable cases

  • Notice trends and report reoccurring problems

  • Share your knowledge with teammates and guide them in the resolution of complex technical problems

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience

  • Increase engagement with O365

  • Share knowledge amongst the Digital Workplace Team via solution documents, technical communities and training recommendations

  • Training and educating end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint, etc)

  • Providing end-user support for PC (and mobile?) based hardware, applications and services

  • Troubleshoot OS, network and storage related issues

Profile

Skills and experience

  • Experience administrating and supporting Office 365 services with a focus on Teams.

  • Minimum 2 years experience configuring, implementing and maintaining SharePoint Online. Broad and deep knowledge of Microsoft O365/Cloud Technology platform (SharePoint, One Drive, Delve, MS Flow, Power Apps, Power BI, Azure, Active Directory).

  • A working knowledge of Yammer, Stream, Flow, Planner, Forms and Sway would be an advantage.

  • Deep understanding of troubleshooting web based applications hosted on the Microsoft stack.

  • Working knowledge of cloud based infrastructure.

  • Experience of Powershell specifically bulk updates, scripting, configuration.

  • Minimum 2 years experience of Azure.

  • 2+ years' experience of supporting O365 suite of tools, particularly Teams.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Understanding of O365 Suite, environment, capabilities, and features.
