Project Manager (Interior Fit-Out / Refurbishment)Petersfield, Hampshire with Projects in London£40,000 - £60,000 + Progression + Prestigious Projects + BenefitsExcellent opportunity for a project manager to join an expanding company with a list of prestigious projects and clients, offering excellent professional development and career progression.Do you have project management experience? Do you have experience of working on interior fit-outs within the commercial or high end residential sectors?This company specialise in high end interior designs and fit-outs for customers in the commercial and prestige residential developments. They work on a diverse range of projects offering a bespoke service from initial consultation through to delivery. As a result of recent growth they now require a project manager to join their business.In this role you will spend your time between the office and managing projects at client sites predominantly across London. You will have full responsibility from initial client specifications through to completion whilst acting as the main point of contact for clients, contractors and senior management. You will create a programme for each project to make sure everything runs on time and on budget.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering interior fit-out and refurbishment projects within retail, commercial and domestic environments. You will have excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and vast on-site knowledge to overcome issues throughout the process.The Role:* On site project management and office based work

* Working on fit-out and interior refurbishments

* Liaising with clients/ sub-contractors and senior management

* Creating and implementing project programmes

* £40,000 - £60,000 + Progression + Benefits

The Person:* Fit-out experience

* Project management experience

* Experience in the commercial or high end residential sector

* CSCS card and a project management qualification (or equivalent)

* Must be willing to travel to sites around London and the office in Petersfield
