Microsoft Dynamics Specialist, MS Dynamics, Dynamic, CRM, Configure, Sharepoint, Office 365, Training, First Line Support, 1st Line, GDPR, Licensing Models, Our client based in Manchester are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Specialist to implement MS Dynamics CRM across a number of teams and provide a critical liaison between the team and a third party support contract. Deliverables:Define and deliver a continuous improvement roadmapWork with stakeholders to identify initiatives, define requirements, prioritise, test and deliver outcomesProvide first-line support for all CRM enquiriesSupport Director of Communications by liaising with suppliers to facilitate achieving business outcomesProvide training to all CRM usersProvide documentation on configuration, changes, security permissions etcIdentify opportunities for reducing administrative overheadsReview the existing licensing structure and identify opportunities for cost savingsConfiguring MS Dynamics to create entities, forms, fields, processes, business rules, task flows, process flows, templates, dashboards and reporting Skills/ExperienceExperience of a range of techniques to elicit and analyse information from stakeholders to feed into requirements shapingExperience of configuring MS Dynamics to integrate with SharePoint Online and the Office 365 SuiteExperience of mapping contact relationship management needs and translating into MS Dynamics configuration eg entities, forms, fields, processes, business rules, task flows, process flows, templates, dashboards and reportingExperience of training users in MS Dynamics including developing training materialsExperience of providing first line support for MS Dynamics and liaising with 3rd party suppliers for resolution of user queriesExperience of creating and administering user group accounts, security and access permissions for MS DynamicsExperience of creating clear documentation to support knowledge share and business continuity for the permanent teamAwareness of GDPR in context of information governance of processing, storage and retention of personal data of both employees and external stakeholdersExperience of managing supplier relationships with 3rd partiesUnderstanding of MS Dynamics licensing modelsExperience of balancing user needs with the art of the possible so that business teams optimize the benefits of using MS Dynamics
