Database AdministratorFarnborough 3 months£425.00pdMy Client is looking for an experienced DBA to join the team in Farnborough for an initial 3-month project.This person will be responsible for Developing and Implementing appropriate reports, data extracts and dashboards.Including:Maintaining reports, parameter passing, and supporting data structuresSSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), particularly SSRS 2016Strong SQL report development experienceT-SQL expertise to carry out the assignmentDevelop ETL solutions using MS SSIS to extract data from 3rd party systems and SharePoint ListsExcellent SQL Server Development skillsExperience of working in an Agile environmentA history of investigating current reporting BI toolsExperience of developing both real-time and scheduled reporting. The successful candidate will have: 5+ years' experience of producing reports from a SSRS (SQL Server Reporting System) accessing data within a SQL environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to liaise effectively with personnel at all levelsLogical and analytical approach, with the ability to recommend the best way of presenting business dataAn intuitive and investigative natureDemonstrable accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work independently and ensure successful delivery of assigned tasksAbility to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlinesMust be degree educated or have a recognised business professional qualification The successful candidate will ideally have: SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)Experience in the defence industry If you feel you are suitable, please send in your CV
