We are passionate about training, technology and career development.Role description:Our client is seeking a hands-on Test Analyst to work within the Test team, on a variety of next-generation products. Work opportunities will be challenging and interesting, with exposure to new technologies.The Test Analyst will be using equipment such as HDMI analysers, Power consumption meters and Oscilloscope to measure signals from our client's TV Box.Essential Skills:Familiar with terminology such as HDCP, Power Measurement, and Compliance Testing, and can easily recognise different ports on an Audio/Video device (TV box, Amplifiers, and TV's etc).Should be familiar with TV box physical connections; Optical, HDMI, Network, Power and how they connect to Audio and Video equipment used around the homeFamiliar with protocols such as CEC, BARB, Dolby Digital, Watermarking, 4K, UHD, HDRGood understanding of different network devices such as routers, switches and hubsAn electronics background (study or hobby) will be an advantageGood understanding of the software development lifecycleFlexible and able to work well in a team, as well as autonomously (able to take ownership of their own work).Professional attitude and strong work ethicInterest in testing and quality assuranceAttention to detailStrong written and spoken EnglishIf you have the above skills, please submit your CV in the first instance
