When organisations decide to invest in a my clients product, the first stage in the process is to make sure their investment is successful. The Intranet Consultants spend time with the clients at the beginning of their journey and help; get business communities on board, tailor the platform to the specific needs of the customer using custom features and integrations, work with our customers to define success metrics and support the customers through the entire journey.You are good at:Generating business requirements through structured meetings and workshopsCreating functional specifications for customisations using user stories and basic wire-framesCreating custom Information ArchitecturesDefining and documenting CMS security permission structuresDefining and documenting CMS targeting and personalisation rulesReviewing and making recommendations on customer data and contentUnderstanding of Microsoft's Office 365 platformWorking with the customer to understand their key performance dataExtra awesome:Creating technical specifications for custom 3rd party integrationsAdvising customers on Office 365 and Azure authentication optionsCreating specifications for complex customisation and integration scenariosAdvising customers on on-premises Hybrid scenariosAdvising customers on Enterprise Search scenariosAssisting with technical pre-requisites and pre-sales callsDesigning analytics dashboards to surface key performance data What type of person should I be?Excellent communicator, confident, clear and able to concisely make a point, and enjoys planning and documentationConfident, yet calm - able to inspire the team around you and your customersAmbitious high achiever - strives to achieve highest possible goals from a personal and professional perspectiveStrong team worker - will seek to achieve harmony across peers and within team in face of difficult prioritiesEfficient and diligent - an eye for detail maintained at all timesInnovative and creative - consistently looking for new and more effective solutions to requirementsDecision-maker - takes responsibility for decisions under pressureCommitted, agile and insightful.
