IT Helpdesk - Trainee Bath £18k to £22k + benefitsTrain for an IT Helpdesk / Application Support role in beautiful Bath The RoleAs IT Helpdesk - Trainee you will join an expanding support team to meet the needs of a growing customer base. You will provide remote technical support to external customers via a ticketing system, assisting them with the company's cloud-based application. This application helps control costs across organisations giving accounts teams complete real-time visibility of any purchases their colleagues are making. As the company grows, the requirement to provide high-quality support increases and you will be joining an expanding company at a very exciting time.The PersonAs IT Helpdesk Support Assistant you will ideally have some customer support / technical support experience.
