Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Cardiff/Bristol

This exciting Partner owned and are currently developing their client based and looking to expand their services further - they are a consultancy that offer construction services across the UK and Europe with multiple offices in various countries. They specialise in both public and private sectors and work on a range of projects from small to large.

In this role you will prepare budget estimates, cost plans and client reports for a range of small to medium sized projects - support evaluation of tenders and contracts, prepare bill of quantities, liaise with clients and carry out occasional site visits - this role would be based between both the Cardiff and Bristol offices each week.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline, have experience post-graduation within a quantity surveying or estimator type of role, ideally come from a water, utilities or infrastructure background and be keen to learn and progress their career.

The Role:*Based in Cardiff and Bristol office

*Liaise with clients, carry out occasional site visits

*Degree in QS/Construction/Civil Engineering or a similar engineering discipline

*Experience in an Estimation/QS role/Cost Management

*Ideally have a background in water, infrastructure or utilities
