Location: Cambridge
Salary: £34/hr
Terms: Initially 13 weeks, but can be extended.
Job description:
Working in the children in care team (LAC Team) supporting young people on their journey to permanence within the care teams.
Main duties will be undertaking LAC Stat visits, updating care plans and pathway plans, updating safety plans and attending LAC reviews.
Experience/ Qualifications required:
o Minimum 3 years post qualifying experience required
o Social Worker qualification at degree level or equivalent
o Evidence of continued professional development
o HCPC registration
o Current enhanced DBS certificate
